Did a search on the model that was listed on your furnace.

Not a HVAC person but it looks like that upper part may be the expansion coils (seems to match the picture in the link). It has a 5 year warranty at least. There may be another model number for the lower half too.
Couple of days back..it was electricity and now furnace and dishwasher. Looks like everything is happening fast. I wonder what is waiting next...?
