Our SR said all houses moving forward should have the lazy susan. I'm wondering if it's just now switching over though, and some will have them and some won't. At least your space is big enough to accomodate one if you want to add it.
blowers are an add on as Rachel said. I like the corner units without the lazy susan. We store toaster, blender, etc... down there and couldn't do it with the lazy susan in there.
I do like the granite trim of the fireplace. Looking good!

ReplyDeleteHey guys congrats its really coming together!!
ReplyDeleteDid your fireplace come with a blower?
ReplyDeleteIf you mean an external blowing unit to project the warm air, we havent seen it yet if it does exist, so I can give you a very strong "maybe"
DeleteIn our community, you have to add the blower for about $300.
DeleteLove the fireplace. It's gorgeous! That is one long punch list :)
