ReplyDeleteLookin' good! I love the brick on the foundation and the welled exit. Very jealous as we were told we couldn't have any sort of basement exit. Can't wait to go see ours tomorrow :)
ReplyDeleteWe lucked out in our community as brick foundations are standard and the egress well exit is required by code, Im surprised every town doesnt require that.

ReplyDeleteThanks girl, your place isnt exactly tiny either :) The only way we can think of is with a wet/dry vac since the sump isnt working yet. The shingles should be by the weekend and its supposed to rain again next week. We were able to see where all of the leakage points are so when it does rain again, that will be the tell tale sign of how good of a job they did sealing the house.
