Final-ish grading and closet shelving done today, waiting for drywall touch-up and flooring

IT'S ALIVE!!!!

Entire house is powered, garage door motor running, walkway & sidewalk done, going to try to run a side deal with the concrete guy for a walkway to the side door. Next up hvac blower, final grading, final paint layer, backsplash and flooring

The electricians have completed their trim work, all lights installed, appliances installed, tankless water heater, sidewalk & walkway framed for concrete

Finally the siding has been finished and the shutters are up, next week looking forward to the drive & walkway, porch finals, some clean brick, final grading, possibly decking, backsplash and some electricity!

More trim was completed, door hardware, light fixtures, wiring company completed cable/security & ceiling speakers, central air installed, recessed lighting, bathrooms basically complete.
